U.S.--
Peace-breaker
Nothing awaits so
immediate a solution as does peace. To live in a world without wars has long
been a dream of those living in this planet.
Who is to blame for
disturbed tranquility of this world?
There was an
opinion poll organized at the last year end by a U.S. institute on 68 000
people from 68 countries. The question put up was, "Where comes the
biggest threat to world peace?" The best part of the participants said it
was coming from the United States.
U.S. rulers would
claim the preservation of world peace is what is up to the U.S. to do. They say
like an angel of peace. But their gentle smile hides their evil design for war
and domination. Peace on their lips is but a pronoun of aggression, war and
intervention.
Peace never settles
down in any country and region harassed by U.S. intervention.
What has been going
on in the Korean Peninsula furnishes ample proof of where the threat to world
peace comes from.
The nuclear war
frenzy it made in south Korea last year together with some of its satellites
went far beyond the limit of military exercise. Their nuclear war maneuvers
brought the situation of the Korean Peninsula to the brink of war, imposing a
grave menace to the regional and world peace.
We did our best to
put an end to the precarious situation. And our proposal for dialogue was given
a due response from the world community.
Now, it is clear
for everyone to see who wants to unleash a war in Korea and who disturbs peace
here and elsewhere round the world.
